EIC accelerator: The EU funds relevant initiatives to face COVID-19 pandemic

The European Union has launched an accelerator program in order to identify startups and SME’s that could help the management of the COVID-19 pandemic. The European Innovation Council will fund relevant innovation for a total amount of 164 million euros. The first deadline (18 March) has been extended to 20 March at 17.00 (CET).

The EU will also fasten the procedures linked to EIC grants and will work to facilitate the funding of any relevant initiative for COVID-19 management.
